Our Role as a Broker
Freight Peak Inc operates as a property broker arranging transportation between shippers and qualified motor carriers. Freight Peak Inc does not itself transport freight unless motor carrier services are separately established and disclosed.
Quotes and Requests
Submitting a form on this website does not create a transportation agreement, a confirmed rate, or a booked shipment. Transportation is arranged only under separately agreed terms and shipment confirmations.
Carrier Applications
Submitting a carrier application does not create a contract or guarantee freight volume, revenue, or specific payment terms. Carriers must complete qualification requirements before hauling freight arranged by Freight Peak Inc.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your company.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freight Peak Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any request you submit, even if Freight Peak Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, Freight Peak Inc.'s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
